Edition #5 Zen Vegan Thrive Weekly | On the “Newsstand” Saturday 26th October | SuZen Editorial

Welcome to this week’s newspaper!

This week I’m introducing the monthly book review/giveaway – we have a free-to-download e-book: my advice is, take it in, process and discover the decisions you come to within yourself. The e-book is Apocalypse Know by Michael Adzema.

Dr Vandana Shiva’s insightful Ecology article this week informs us on exactly how use of the herbicide Glyphosate hurts our honey bees: we might not all understand science but we can all “get” the need for colony survival.

And in case we might forget some of our music legends and their legacy of inspiration, this week featuring Elvis and a couple of his timeless dance moves [check the videos section]. Sometimes it’s good to flick your quiff, wiggle good and go “a huh a huh a huh a huh . . . ”

The video feature in its second week now, giving men who have taught us our way forward a voice is in the paper’s lower third: Desiderata with spoken word by Richard Burton: “You are a child of the Universe”.

In the video section: Joaquin Phoenix  tells why he’s vegan| Storytellng card readings are by Adalina Bonn of Manna |  Best ever Vegan Carbonara recipe from Avant Garde Vegan [Gaz Oakley] | Vegan breakfast cooking ideas are by Pick Up Limes |  And, lastly from me, my guidance for  opening up our Spacious Heart in meditation, fitting zen meditation into your day and some Air and Water energy medicine.

We go to press again today with yet more incredible contributions from the “I Declare World Peace” art movement [check the photos section] and. One Love.

Do hit the subscribe button under the top banner in my By-line to get the weekly paper into your email inbox and all your donations are most welcome as blessings which will help the newspaper thrive!

Much love
